Terms & Conditions
A legal disclaimer
Vicki, here’s a copy-and-paste draft for Identity Global. Replace the email placeholder and check that the booking and payment wording matches how you operate before publishing. Have a WA solicitor review it if you intend to rely on it as your customer contract.

Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 12 October 2026
Welcome to Identity Global, operated by Vicki Timpson in Western Australia.
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of identity-global.com and to services and resources purchased from Identity Global. Please read them before booking or purchasing. We will make these terms and any service-specific conditions available to you before you commit to a purchase.
1. Our services
Identity Global provides colour consultations, personal styling, wardrobe planning, wardrobe editing and confidence and identity coaching. Services may be delivered online or in person, as described in the relevant offer.
The service description and booking confirmation will explain what is included, the price, duration and any preparation required. Additional services or expenses will only be charged with your agreement.
2. Website use and eligibility
You agree to use this website lawfully and respectfully. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful material or misuse another person’s information.
To book or purchase independently, you must be at least 18 years old. Services for anyone under 18 require prior agreement with Identity Global and consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Please provide accurate information when making enquiries, bookings or purchases.
3. Bookings and payments
Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed when we send you a booking confirmation and any required deposit or payment has been received.
Prices are in Australian dollars. The total price, including any applicable GST and agreed travel charges, will be disclosed before you purchase.
Available payment methods and payment deadlines will be shown at checkout or on your invoice. If payment is overdue, we will contact you and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve it before suspending or cancelling the booking.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Any cancellation notice period, deposit condition or cancellation fee will be clearly disclosed before you book. Cancellation fees, where agreed, will reflect reasonable losses arising from the cancellation, taking into account costs saved and whether the appointment can be rebooked.
If no cancellation fee has been disclosed and agreed before booking, we will not impose one afterwards.
If you arrive late, we may need to shorten the appointment to avoid affecting other clients. We will discuss the available options with you.
If Identity Global needs to cancel an appointment, you may choose a suitable alternative appointment or a refund for the service not provided.
These conditions do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
5. Your consultation
Our advice is personalised using the information you share about your preferences, lifestyle, goals and wardrobe needs.
You are encouraged to tell us about any access needs or practical considerations that may affect your appointment. For online sessions, please arrange a suitable device, internet connection and a private space. For in-home services, please provide a safe and suitable environment.
You remain responsible for decisions about clothing purchases, wardrobe changes and participation in suggested activities. We will obtain your agreement before removing or disposing of wardrobe items.
6. Coaching and personal outcomes
Our services support personal style, self-expression and confidence. Coaching does not replace medical advice, psychological treatment or other regulated professional services.
Experiences and outcomes vary between individuals. We do not promise a particular emotional, health, career or financial result. This does not reduce our responsibility to provide the agreed services with due care and skill or meet any applicable consumer guarantees.
7. Consumer guarantees and refunds
Our services and products come with rights and guarantees under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Where applicable, services must be provided with due care and skill, be fit for a purpose you have made known and that we have agreed to meet, and be supplied within a reasonable time where no timeframe has been agreed.
If a service or product fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy, including a refund, replacement or correction, depending on the circumstances.
Please contact us if something is wrong so we can discuss an appropriate resolution. We do not apply a blanket “no refunds” policy.
For a change of mind, refunds are governed by the cancellation terms or product conditions disclosed before purchase, subject to your legal rights.
8. Digital resources
Where we offer workbooks, guides or other digital resources, the product description will explain the format, delivery method and any technical requirements.
Unless stated otherwise, a purchase gives you permission to use the resource for your own personal purposes. You may not resell, publicly distribute or reproduce it for commercial use without written permission.
If a download is faulty, inaccessible or materially different from its description, contact us for assistance and any remedy required by law.
Any change-of-mind restrictions will be disclosed before purchase and will not affect your consumer rights.
9. Intellectual property
Website text, branding, original images, consultation materials and resources belong to Identity Global or are used with permission.
You may view the website and use purchased materials as permitted by these terms. Other reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where allowed by law.
You retain ownership of photographs and other material you provide. You give us permission to use that material only as reasonably needed to deliver your requested services.
We will seek separate permission before using identifiable client photographs, testimonials or personal stories in marketing.
10. Privacy and group confidentiality
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
If you participate in a group session, you agree to respect other participants’ privacy and not share their personal stories or identifying information without permission.
You must not record sessions without prior agreement from Identity Global and everyone who would be recorded. Although we set expectations for confidentiality, we cannot guarantee the conduct of other participants.
11. Third-party websites and purchases
Our website or consultations may refer to external websites, retailers or products. Unless expressly stated, these businesses are independent of Identity Global and their own terms apply to purchases made from them.
We will disclose any relevant referral commission or commercial relationship when making a recommendation.
12. Respectful conduct and suspension
We may restrict website access or suspend a service where reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, harassment, serious misuse or a safety concern.
Where practical, we will explain the concern and give you an opportunity to resolve it. Immediate action may be taken where needed to protect people or systems.
If a paid service is ended, we will explain how any payment for unused services will be handled, subject to reasonable agreed charges and your consumer rights.
13. Website availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care to keep website information accurate and current, but occasional errors or interruptions may occur. Please contact us if you notice an error.
General website content is educational and does not replace an individual consultation.
Nothing in these terms excludes consumer guarantees or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Each party remains responsible for its own conduct as provided by applicable law.
14. Changes to services and terms
We may update our website, prices, future offerings and these terms. Updates will be published with a revised date and apply to future bookings and purchases.
Changes will not retrospectively alter a confirmed booking or purchase. Any material change to an existing service agreement requires your agreement, unless required by law.
15. Concerns and disputes
If you have a concern, please contact us with the details and your preferred resolution. We will aim to respond within 10 business days.
If we cannot resolve the matter together, you may seek help from an appropriate consumer protection body or pursue any other remedy available to you. You are not required to complete our complaints process before exercising your legal rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and applicable Australian law. This does not remove any mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings elsewhere that apply to you.
